Shipping policy

Address Errors: Please confirm your mailing address is correct before finalizing your checkout. If a package is labeled "return to sender," the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees required to have the package resent. The only exception applies when an error appears on the original shipping label.

Missing Packages: Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the package has not arrived within 8 business weeks of the shipment date. The tracking information provided with your order serves as proof of the delivery status. Once the package is handed over to the mail carrier, I no longer have control over its delivery.

International Orders: Currently, we do not offer shipping to international addresses.
